They’re now looking for an experienced Account Manager to join their close knit team.

As the Account Manager you’ll be working closely with the Account Director on an impressive variety of client accounts. As one of the main points of contact for clients, you’ll be nurturing the relationship between the client and the studio.
Clients span across challenger food and drinks brands, a global electronics manufacturer, local schools and more. With outputs ranging from social media, marketing campaigns, internal comms, digital, brand and even events, there is an exciting mix to be working on.
From writing proposals and agendas, pushing briefs through the studio and managing the workflow, updating clients, solving problems, as well as admin and costing work - the full account management mix! You’ll also be proactive in looking for opportunities to help clients further, going the extra mile to upsell the studios amazing services.
What We’re Looking For
With 2-3 years experience in a similar agency, we’re looking for a confident Account Manager who can join the team and hit the ground running. We need someone who thrives in a dynamic and fast moving agency and is hungry to progress in this exciting working environment.
You’ll be seriously organised as you manage the mix of projects that are on the go at once. It goes without saying that you’ll be confident in building relationships both client side and internally. Able to adapt to changes, you’re solution orientated - comfortable handling any problems that might arise and escalating to the AD when needed.
A love of brand and communications marketing is key. With an Account Executive joining the team in a couple of months who you’ll also be mentoring and managing.
