And they are in need of an inspirational, supremely talented Creative Director to lead their team.
Working alongside the board of directors – you’ll co-lead, direct and help develop their already world-class team. You’ll oversee the studio’s brand output – which include brand identities for household names and creative challenger brands as well as wider communications and content strategies.
Whilst the finished product is wholly important – what they’re really looking for here is an ideas person – someone who can define huge multi-national brands whilst also having a fantastic eye for the finer detail.
You’ll be hands on – helping develop routes, concepts as well as occasionally crafting pieces to completion.
Naturally at this level you’ll be involved with all levels of the creative process – taking a leadership role in pitching and collaborating with the talented client services team on budgeting and resource.
There is plenty of opportunity here – either for a Design Director who’s looking to take that step up or for an established Creative Director looking for a fresh and exciting challenge.
What We’re Looking For
Senior level experience (realistically 10-15 years+), more than likely from a top-London agency or a leading northern studio.
A knock out, outstanding and original portfolio of work, which evidences your ability to develop great ideas and sophisticated brand strategies.
As mentioned above – we need someone who is as much a craftsperson as they are an original thinker – so you’ll need to be equally comfortable with both. Happy working closely with clients and inspiring a talented team, as you are taking the lead yourself.
What’s On Offer?
A competitive salary - £50,000 – 75,000 (depending on experience)
